Addison and about 20 of her closest friends got together last night for a silly string battle. We received and email from one of the parents telling us that she would be hosting the battle for a couple of hours and to bring a flash light. How much fun is that?! They had a blast and ended the night with roasted marshmallows. I just love stuff like this! It reminded me of an event that happened when I was in middle school. I can't remember who put it together but they was an open invite to show up at a local baseball field with 2 cans of shaving cream. It was call the "Smash Bash". All of the kids (at least 100) stood in a huge circle and when they said "go" we all ran towards the middle with shaving cream cans in hand ready to battle. They first person that got me managed to cram a handful of shaving cream straight in my mouth. So there I was in the middle of a field of cream and screaming people... dry heaving. I got myself together and had the best time ever. People were covered in white and you couldn't tell one person from another. What happened next? My mom came to pick me and a friend up and she made us ride home in the trunk of the car! TRUE STORY!

the greatest battles!
